Beach Front Bolivar Peninsula w/Swim Spa Sleeps 20

This house is located on the beach. It has plenty of room for large families: bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen, large dining with plenty of seating, ample living room, large pantry, "beach" shower on ground floor, parking for three vehicles, and lots of outdoor and deck space. Our family of ten was very comfortable in the home and enjoyed being together in the house. The beach itself is easily accessible. Those visitors who like to party on the beach will not be disturbed by the number of beach-goers on the weekends, the constant trail of vehicles going back and forth and doing spins in the sand, the loud music of every variety from multiple patrons, dogs running on the beach and defecating in the water, and the endless parade of dune vehicles showing off their flags. My recommendation would be to keep your stay to a Monday-Thursday in order to make the most of this lovely beachfront property.

Our families had the best time! The host were wonderful and very responsive to questions. Had the best 6 days in the house it’s our new favorite spot. Right by shops and food.

Property was perfect for our needs. Wanted a home that we could walk to the beach and sit on the deck and watch our grandkids play in the ocean…both of these expectations were perfect. Great area of the beach. Loved this home. Would definitely rent again. Easy access to stores and restaurant. Owners give plenty of info on where to go for things and places to eat. Great place!!! Home itself had lots of room for us.
